Dubai Chambers Collaborates with NASSCOM to Enhance Agentic AI
Dubai Chambers has initiated an important partnership with the National Association of Software and Service Companies (NASSCOM) to foster collaboration in the field of Agentic AI. This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is designed to promote the growth and development of Indian businesses equipped with advanced AI technologies in Dubai.
Key Objectives of the MoU
The agreement outlines a framework for both organizations to collaborate in cultivating strategic partnerships within the Agentic AI innovation ecosystems in both Dubai and India. A significant focus will be on sharing knowledge, skills, and experiences while launching collaborative initiatives in this emerging technology sector. By uniting efforts, both parties aim to create a robust foundation that supports innovation and development avenues in Agentic AI.
This collaboration specifically targets leading Indian firms that specialize in Agentic AI and deep technology, assisting them in establishing and enhancing their presence in Dubai. The initiative will link these companies to a broader range of business opportunities, leveraging Dubai’s extensive innovation network. Furthermore, the MOUs include organizing specialized Agentic AI events and joint projects aimed at bolstering relationships among businesses, investors, and entrepreneurs from both regions.
Dubai Chambers’ Commitment to AI Innovation
H.E. Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah, the President and CEO of Dubai Chambers, emphasized that Dubai’s initiatives in supporting the private sector’s shift toward Agentic AI signify a groundbreaking global effort. He reiterated the importance of enhancing the business community’s competitiveness while enabling companies to leverage sophisticated technologies for future economic endeavors. By fostering international partnerships, Dubai Chambers seeks to create an integrated ecosystem that promotes the use of Agentic AI. This strategy not only enhances productivity but also creates avenues for economic expansion, solidifying Dubai’s status as a leader in advanced technologies.
NASSCOM serves as an important representative of India’s expansive tech industry, which is valued at USD 315 billion and encompasses over 3,500 member companies ranging from innovative startups to established multinational corporations. Collaborating with NASSCOM allows Dubai Chambers to tap into a wealth of expertise and resources to bolster the local business ecosystem.
Building a Future-Ready Business Community
To effectively implement this shift towards Agentic AI, Dubai Chambers established the Executive Committee for Agentic AI in June. The committee’s primary goal is to hasten the adoption of these advanced technologies while ensuring that the business community remains agile in the face of global technological shifts. This initiative is essential for reinforcing Dubai’s status as a leading digital economy hub and a center for future industries.
Additionally, the committee is responsible for approving specialized training programs in Agentic AI, creating incubators for startups focused on AI solutions, and promoting the development of businesses that deal in Agentic AI applications. The committee’s focus on knowledge sharing and capacity building will also play a crucial role in enhancing the competitiveness of the private sector, thus ensuring that Dubai remains at the forefront of embracing future technologies.
In conclusion, this collaborative venture between Dubai Chambers and NASSCOM marks a significant step forward in nurturing the Agentic AI landscape, demonstrating a shared commitment to innovation and growth in both regions while paving the way for a technologically advanced future.
