Dubai-based developer Arada is set to enhance London’s housing landscape with a new proposal in Southwark. Plans have been submitted for a construction project that will introduce 516 student accommodations alongside 55 social rent homes. Located on Blackpool Road in Peckham, the site currently consists of a brownfield plot. The proposed student accommodation will be equipped with various amenities designed to enhance residents’ lifestyle.
