Heritage Express showcased its Emirati-led cultural experiences at the Arabian Travel Market 2026, held in Dubai. The highlight of their presentation was the innovative “Moving Majlis” trolley bus, which embodied the brand’s philosophy of engaging cultural exploration through the art of storytelling, hospitality, and a deep appreciation for local heritage.

Immersive Cultural Experiences

During the event from September 14 to 17, Heritage Express had the opportunity to connect with international travel trade representatives at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The specially designed trolley bus recreated the enchanting atmosphere of a traditional Emirati majlis, serving as a mobile platform for conversation, storytelling, and cultural exchange. By partnering with the Sheikh Mohammed Centre for Cultural Understanding, Heritage Express prioritizes personal interactions and direct dialogues, allowing visitors to dive deeply into Dubai’s rich heritage. Their aim is to enhance the modern experiences of this vibrant city by providing insights into its historical and cultural narratives.

Connecting Through Stories and Traditions

The program is steered by Emirati Cultural Ambassadors who facilitate a variety of enriching experiences. Offerings include Culture on Wheels, the Emirati Hospitality Experience, and visits to the Al Shindagha Museum. Participants can explore historic areas and landmarks, such as Al Fahidi, Dubai Creek, and Jumeirah Mosque Majlis. Each route is thoughtfully designed to connect visitors with the historical essence of these sites, enhancing their understanding and appreciation of Dubai’s considerable legacy.

Engaging with Global Travel Partners

At the Arabian Travel Market, Heritage Express also engaged with Destination Management Companies (DMCs), tour operators, Travel Management Companies (TMCs), wholesalers, Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), MICE planners, hotels, and various other international travel partners. This outreach effort is aimed at forging stronger relationships within the travel industry and promoting the unique cultural experiences that Emirati heritage has to offer.

By fostering these connections, Heritage Express seeks to expand its reach and appeal to a broader audience, thereby enriching the cultural tapestry of Dubai for travelers from around the world. Their unique offerings not only provide memorable experiences but also contribute to the ongoing dialogue about preserving and celebrating local traditions in an ever-evolving global landscape.

In summary, Heritage Express stands at the forefront of cultural tourism in Dubai by combining modern travel with deep-rooted Emirati traditions. Their innovative approach not only attracts visitors but also accentuates the importance of heritage, creating an enriching environment for everyone involved. Whether you are a culture enthusiast or a casual traveler, Heritage Express offers a unique pathway to experience Dubai’s heritage in a meaningful way.
