Dubai Chamber and Oraseya Capital Support Seven Tech Startups
Introduction
In a significant move for the innovation landscape in Dubai, seven technology startups are set to benefit from enhanced funding opportunities. This initiative is underway thanks to a collaboration between the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy and Oraseya Capital, the investment arm of the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority.
Startup Showcases
The collection of startups involved includes diverse companies from various sectors of the digital economy. Representatives gathered to present their business models and growth strategies to both the Dubai Chamber and Oraseya Capital’s investment team. This presentation aimed to attract investment funding, providing startups with an opportunity to gain immediate insights and feedback pertinent to their business ideas. Following this session, several companies proceeded to the next stage of Oraseya Capital’s investment evaluation, which opens the door for them to potentially leverage the Sandbox Investment Programme aimed at facilitating their rapid growth.
Key participants in this initiative include Arakan, a UAE-based platform providing digital solutions for compliance and corporate operational needs; Duno, a platform that aids lenders in understanding Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs); and YOUNEA, known for its AI solutions that allow businesses to deploy branded AI agents across diverse communication channels. Other notable startups include Riayatech, a HealthTech venture improving healthcare operations; Avelin, which offers advanced AI capabilities; SENSI, focused on digital scent technology; and Cogniver, utilizing autonomous AI to streamline business processes.
