Emirates Skywards has introduced an exciting loyalty promotion designed for its members, offering the chance to earn double Skywards Miles on eligible Emirates and flydubai flights. This limited-time offer grants a 100% bonus on the base miles accrued for all cabin classes, provided that bookings are made by September 30, 2026, and travel is completed by November 30, 2026.

Eligibility and Booking Requirements

To benefit from the double miles promotion, Skywards members must ensure they’re registered for the campaign before the ticket purchase or travel dates. This offer applies to a range of fare classes available on both airlines. For Emirates, it includes First Class, Business Class, Premium Economy, and Economy Class tickets across various fare categories such as Special, Saver, Flex, and Flex Plus. For flydubai, eligible tickets are found in Business Class and Economy Class across the Lite, Value, and Flex fare tiers.

The initiative is available on all international routes operated by Emirates and flydubai, linking travelers to destinations across six continents via their Dubai hub. This not only facilitates travel but also enhances the potential for frequent flyers to accumulate miles more quickly, making it easier to redeem for upgrades and partner flights.

Strategic Benefits for Frequent Travelers

This promotional campaign is aligned with heightened travel demand during the autumn season across regions including Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and the Americas. Expanding its reach to include Emirates’ Premium Economy option on select long-haul flights, along with flydubai’s regional services, ensures that both leisure and business travelers can take advantage of this opportunity.

Passengers transiting through Dubai International Airport (DXB) can take advantage of the double earning potential on each segment of their itinerary. The bonus miles accumulated will contribute towards all standard redemption options, such as flight upgrades, reward tickets, and bookings with partner hotels in the Emirates Skywards ecosystem.

Guidelines for Maximizing Your Mileage

To successfully navigate the double miles promotion, travelers should adhere to specific protocols when booking and transit.

Firstly, existing Skywards members must log into their accounts online or via the mobile app to opt into the “Double Miles” promotion before booking tickets. New travelers can easily create an account and register for the promotion, allowing them to benefit instantly from double miles on their qualifying journeys. Bookings should be finalized between September 15 and September 30, 2026, either directly through Emirates or flydubai or via authorized travel agencies.

For those traveling through DXB, understanding terminal logistics is essential, as Emirates primarily operates from Terminal 3 and flydubai from Terminal 2 and 3. If you have a codeshare or interline itinerary, check the terminal details and make use of free airside transit shuttles for convenience. Additionally, passengers booking combined itineraries will benefit from automatic baggage checks to their final destination.
