Nile Property Expo Dubai 2025 Wraps Up with Unprecedented Investor Attendance, Strengthening Its Position as the GCC-Egypt Real Estate Link

The Nile Property Expo’s 2025 edition in Dubai concluded successfully, marking a significant achievement for the event at Festival Arena in Dubai Festival City. Over three days, the Expo attracted more than 5,800 visitors and generated approximately AED 2.2 billion in confirmed sales, solidifying its reputation as the leading platform for investment in Egyptian real estate within the GCC.

Since its inception eight years ago, the Expo has evolved from a dedicated real estate event into a pivotal regional investment platform. It has connected over 120,000 visitors with more than 150 Egyptian developers and facilitated sales exceeding AED 2.5 billion. This year’s edition reflected the Expo’s continued growth and its role in bridging the gap between eager investors and Egypt’s burgeoning property market.

This edition showcased an extensive lineup of prominent developers, including Hassan Allam Properties, Misr Italia, and Orascom Development, among others. Together, they featured over 60 major residential and mixed-use communities in prime locations such as New Cairo and the North Coast, appealing to a wide array of investor interests.

The evident demand at the Expo indicated a notable shift in regional investment trends, with Egyptian real estate offering significant affordability compared to other markets—prices here can be up to 60% lower than those in major GCC cities. Investors are increasingly attracted by rising rental yields and long-term growth driven by ambitious government projects and a growing population of over 110 million.

Dr. Bassem Kalila, Founder and Chairman of Expo Republic, emphasized the effectiveness of the Expo in connecting regional investors with the opportunities in Egypt. Looking ahead, there are plans for expansion into new cities such as Riyadh and London, and the introduction of an Investor Concierge Program to enhance buyer support. This edition has underscored the critical role of the Expo in fostering investment connections between Egypt and the Gulf region.
