She pointed to the lower cost of living, the absence of income tax, and her ability to walk safely at night as key benefits. “I came here last summer, and I saw the hospitality, how clean it was and how safe it was,” she remarked. While both cities attract a vibrant, social crowd, Rikki noted, “Dubai and Miami are very similar, but I would say Dubai is more of a mixture of New York, Vegas, and Miami.” She appreciates the different social dynamics, claiming that the people in Dubai exhibit a level of self-respect that she finds refreshing.
