Among the highlights is a refreshing Date & Chami Cheese Salad and slow-cooked Beef Short Ribs, skillfully prepared by the UAE’s youngest certified Emirati chefs, Abdulrahman and Maitha Al Hashmi. In addition, guests can satisfy their sweet tooth with an indulgent Emirati Sticky Date Pudding created by celebrated pastry chef Ahmad Al Fardan, who has honed his skills in Dubai and Switzerland.
