Dubai assigns 830 homes worth $435.7M in Al Aweer.

Commitment to Family Welfare and Stability

In alignment with the Year of the Family 2026 initiative, the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) is undertaking significant steps to reinforce family stability in Dubai. Under the guidance of Her Highness Sheikha Hind bint Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum, MBRHE has initiated the distribution of homes from the Wadi Al Amardi and Al Aweer projects. This endeavor represents an unprecedented investment of AED1.6 billion (approximately $435.7 million), marking the largest batch of homes allocated to UAE citizens.

Innovative Housing Solutions

As part of this initiative, MBRHE is implementing an AED83 million grant designed to furnish homes for beneficiaries. This program adopts a modern approach, emphasizing transparency and efficiency throughout the allocation process. Mohammad Hassan AlShehhi, the CEO of MBRHE, expressed that the organization leverages the latest smart technologies to maintain high standards of governance while ensuring that beneficiaries experience maximum convenience.

The allocation process is streamlined through a digital reservation system available via the DubaiNow app. Eligible citizens will receive notifications from the MBRHE call center to visit on-site allocation centers at both the Wadi Al Amardi and Al Aweer projects. These centers are operational from Monday to Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. This integrated approach reduces the hassle for beneficiaries, making the process straightforward and user-friendly.

Enhancing Community Infrastructure

The allocation plan includes a total of 830 residential units, underscoring MBRHE’s commitment to enhancing living conditions for UAE nationals. These housing units are constructed with contemporary design principles that prioritize residents’ privacy and allow for future expansions. The projects are also supported by comprehensive infrastructure, including modern road networks and community facilities that cater to the needs of families.

The housing units are designed with modern amenities, including spacious four-bedroom layouts, majlis areas, living rooms, and modern kitchens. This attention to detail reflects a broader objective to improve the quality of life for citizens and their families. With integrated community services such as public parks and majlis halls, these developments are set to create vibrant neighborhoods.

Commitment to Social Stability

The housing distribution initiative also highlights the unwavering dedication of Dubai’s leadership to social stability. AlShehhi reiterated that the Dubai Government prioritizes delivering high-quality housing to enhance citizens’ well-being. By focusing on innovative and sustainable solutions, the government aims to empower citizens to live dignified and stable lives, in alignment with Dubai’s ambitious vision for a prosperous future.

Project Highlights: Wadi Al Amardi and Al Aweer

The Al Aweer project consists of 398 modern housing units, with financial backing of over AED734 million. Each unit encompasses a total area of 4,500 square feet, while providing essential community amenities and services. Similarly, the Wadi Al Amardi project consists of 432 housing units with a budget exceeding AED767 million. Each home is designed to be spacious and adaptable, featuring room for future expansions.

Overall, these projects not only represent a significant investment in housing but also reflect a concerted effort to foster community welfare. Through such initiatives, Dubai is setting new standards in family-centric urban development, furthering its mission to create a thriving society where citizens have access to quality living spaces and lifestyles.
