Held from January 9 to 11, the summit took place in prominent venues such as Emirates Towers, the Dubai International Financial Centre, and the Museum of the Future, under the theme “Content for Good.” The event housed over 580 sessions, including keynote addresses, panel discussions, and workshops, led by more than 500 experts in the industry. Collectively, these speakers represent an audience of 3.5 billion followers, underscoring the summit’s vast influence and reach in the digital space.

Strategic Partnerships and Initiatives

A notable highlight of the summit was the announcement of significant partnerships with major platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, X, and Meta. These collaborations aim to further promote positive digital content creation. Two primary focus areas emerged from the discussions: transforming content creators into positive change agents and utilizing artificial intelligence to unlock new creative possibilities.

In an inspiring move, the summit also launched the “1 Billion Acts of Kindness” campaign in association with global creator MrBeast. This initiative urges creators around the globe to engage in community-focused activities and share their experiences. The campaign proved immensely successful, with over 170,000 acts of kindness documented and more than 100 million views achieved within just three weeks.

Awards and Recognition

The summit also made headlines with the introduction of the first AI Film Award, developed in partnership with Google Gemini. Filmmaker Zoubeir Jlassi was awarded a significant $1 million grand prize for his remarkable film Lily, presented in a special ceremony during the event. Another highlight was the Educator Award, launched in collaboration with TikTok, which drew in 610,000 participants and resulted in 320,000 videos accumulating an astounding 1.8 billion views. Matt Green emerged victorious, receiving a cash prize of $100,000 for his efforts.

The next installment of the summit is already on the horizon, scheduled for January 8 to 10, 2027, and it will be held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai. The upcoming summit is designed to align with emerging global trends in content creation while still encouraging creators and influencers to produce transformative and inspirational content.
