Empire Developments has officially commenced construction on Empire Lake Views, marking the company’s sixth significant residential venture in Dubai. This new residential tower, strategically positioned between Dubai Silicon Oasis and Academic City, will stand 31 stories high and comprise 634 modern apartments, including studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units, along with six exclusive three-bedroom duplexes.
