Emirates Introduces Upgraded Boeing 777s Featuring Premium Economy Service to Beirut and Beijing

Emirates has announced that retrofitted Boeing 777 planes featuring Premium Economy will begin operating on flights EK953/954 between Dubai and Beirut starting January 6, 2026, and on flights EK306/307 between Dubai and Beijing starting February 1, 2026.

Beijing will become the fourth city on the Chinese mainland to receive Emirates’ newest aircraft and advanced offerings, while passengers traveling to and from Beirut will have their first opportunity to experience the airline’s acclaimed Premium Economy and newly designed Business Class with a 1-2-1 seating layout.

For the route to Beirut, flight EK953 will leave Dubai at 15:40 and arrive in Beirut at 17:00. The return flight, EK954, will take off at 19:45 and reach Dubai at 00:50. This schedule ensures seamless connections to numerous cities with significant Lebanese communities, including Sydney, New York, and Chicago, allowing travelers to enjoy a consistent Premium Economy experience.

Flight EK306 to Beijing will depart Dubai at 03:20, landing there at 14:45, with the return flight EK307 departing Beijing at 00:40 and arriving in Dubai at 05:30. Passengers can expect a similar Premium Economy experience connecting to various popular destinations such as London and New York.

The refurbished Boeing 777 features modernized interiors with stylish design elements, including a contemporary color palette and wood finishes. It accommodates 260 Economy seats, 24 Premium Economy seats, 40 Business Class seats, and eight First Class Suites.
