Armenia and the UAE Forge Closer Economic Ties

On September 7, Armenian Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan engaged in discussions with Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, the UAE Minister of Foreign Trade, during the 15th Annual Investment Meeting held in Dubai. This encounter aimed to bolster trade and economic relationships between the two nations, exploring new avenues for partnership and collaboration.

Papoyan emphasized the critical need for Armenian exporters to access the UAE market, highlighting its significance in diversifying export locations for Armenia. To facilitate this access, Papoyan proposed the establishment of a pragmatic communication channel with relevant UAE authorities.
