Marriott and Global Partners Unite for Dubai Creek Residences

Global Partners has signed a landmark agreement with Marriott International to develop two branded residential projects in the thriving area of Dubai Creek. This partnership marks a significant milestone for both the waterfront district and Global Partners’ second major real estate fund, enhancing the skyline of Dubai.

Innovative Residential Offerings

The forthcoming developments will feature residences under two distinct Marriott brands: Westin, which emphasizes wellness and healthy living, and Renaissance, aimed at promoting cultural engagement and an active lifestyle. As part of a comprehensive master plan, these projects will include an array of health and wellness facilities, high-end hotels, and a public area designed for pedestrians, deftly integrating residential, commercial, and recreational spaces. Residents will also enjoy access to educational institutions and medical services, complemented by essential transport links like the upcoming Etihad Rail, a future Metro station, and the RTA water taxi service.

A Commitment to Wellness and Lifestyle

Bader Saeed Hareb, the Executive Chairman of Global Partners Property Fund II, expressed pride in collaborating with Marriott International to bring these exceptional branded residences to Dubai. He highlighted the growing trend of intentional and health-focused living in the city, emphasizing that this partnership aims to cater to residents prioritizing a deliberate lifestyle.

Jaidev Menezes, Regional Vice President for Mixed-Use Development in EMEA at Marriott International, shared his excitement about introducing the first Westin and Renaissance branded residences in the UAE. He articulated that while Renaissance residences focus on spontaneous cultural exploration, Westin homes are meticulously designed with an emphasis on well-being.

Elevating Dubai’s Global Status

Global Partners envisions that nature and wellness will be pivotal elements in the architecture and landscape design of these new properties. Their goal is to enhance the quality of urban life in Dubai while simultaneously elevating the city’s global prestige. Global Partners Limited operates as an independent alternative investment manager, with offices located in both Dubai and Zurich. Regulatory oversight is provided by the Dubai Financial Services Authority. The firm manages over $1.4 billion in market-ready real estate assets for institutional investors around the globe, having initially raised more than $550 million for prior developments, including notable projects such as Eden House The Canal and Eden House The Park.

In summary, the collaboration between Global Partners and Marriott International not only contributes to Dubai’s ongoing real estate modernization but also aligns with the evolving lifestyle aspirations of its residents. With a focus on wellness, culture, and community engagement, these new residential projects are set to transform Dubai Creek into a premier living destination. This strategic alignment of luxury living with health-conscious design is a promising development in an ever-evolving urban landscape.
