Al Ansari Exchange Teams Up with RTA Dubai for Nol Cards

Al Ansari Exchange, a prominent player in the UAE’s remittance and foreign exchange sectors, has forged a strategic partnership with Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and MDX Technology Solutions ME. This collaboration aims to make nol Travel Cards accessible at select Al Ansari Exchange branches throughout Dubai, enhancing convenience for both residents and visitors.

Expanding Access to nol Travel Cards

The alliance significantly enhances Al Ansari Exchange’s range of third-party offerings while also improving accessibility to Dubai’s integrated mobility payment system via one of the largest branch networks in the UAE. This initiative underscores the company’s commitment to creating a seamless physical and digital ecosystem that caters to diverse financial and lifestyle needs, making everyday transactions simpler for its customers.

With this development, individuals can now purchase nol Travel Cards from selected Al Ansari Exchange locations, which are distributed through MDX Technology Solutions ME, an authorized provider for the RTA. This additional distribution point for nol Travel Cards is poised to support one of Dubai’s most utilized methods for making mobility payments, including options for public transport.

Convenient Payments Across Dubai

The nol Travel Card enables cashless transactions throughout Dubai’s comprehensive public transport system. This includes services like the Dubai Metro, Tram, public buses, marine transport, and public parking facilities. Beyond transportation, it is also usable at over 14,000 retail outlets across the UAE. Through the nol Pay App, users can avail themselves of over 200 lifestyle offers and discounts, enhancing the card’s utility for everyday living.

Musad Ibrahim Alhammadi, Director of Automated Collection Systems at RTA, emphasized the importance of this collaboration, stating, “Expanding the availability of nol Travel Cards through strategic partnerships helps bolster RTA’s mission to enhance accessibility in mobility services across Dubai. Additional distribution channels like these will promote the adoption of digital payment solutions and improve the overall travel experience for all.”

Innovating Customer Experience

Ali Al Najjar, CEO of Al Ansari Exchange, also shared insights regarding the partnership. He noted that as customer demands continue to evolve, Al Ansari Exchange is broadening its operational scope beyond traditional financial services. This includes integrating payment solutions and everyday lifestyle options through both physical branches and digital platforms. By offering nol Travel Cards at their branches, Al Ansari Exchange aims to elevate the customer experience while aligning with Dubai’s vision of becoming a smart and digitally connected city.
