Dubai’s real estate market has shown remarkable growth in the first half of 2026, achieving significant milestones in project completion and investment value. According to recent statistics, the sector finished 104 projects valued at over 111 billion dirhams (approximately $30.22 billion), marking a 52 percent increase from the same period last year. In a clear sign of the thriving property market, the number of completed projects surged by 38.7 percent, rising from 75 in the first half of 2025 to 104 in the same timeframe this year. The Dubai Land Department’s data reveals that the investment value of these completed projects climbed from 73 billion dirhams in 2025, illustrating a healthy demand for real estate in the emirate.
